This policy outlines cancellation and refund guidelines for room reservations, wellness sessions, events, and other services offered by The Aviyaan. Specific booking terms may vary by rate plan or partner channel and will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

1) Room Reservation Cancellations

Standard bookings may be cancelled within the permitted window shared at the time of booking. Late cancellations or modifications may incur charges based on the applicable rate plan. Prepaid, promotional, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

2) No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the first night or full booking amount may be charged based on the reserved plan.

3) Event and Wedding Bookings

Event reservations require advance deposits and follow a separate cancellation schedule. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the event date, lead time, and vendor commitments. Please refer to the event contract for detailed terms.

4) Wellness, Spa, and Activity Sessions

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with notice, subject to availability. Short-notice cancellations may result in a partial or full charge for the scheduled service.

5) Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Bank processing times can vary and are outside our control.

6) Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a travel agent or online booking platform, their cancellation and refund policies may apply. Please contact the booking partner directly for changes or refunds.
