Reservation confirmations are sent via email and/or SMS to the contact details provided during booking. Please verify your details at the time of reservation to ensure timely delivery.
Digital vouchers, if purchased, are delivered by email to the purchaser or recipient. Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of successful payment.
If physical items are offered, shipping timelines and charges will be shared at checkout. Orders are processed on business days and shipped via our logistics partners.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address for any physical shipment. The Aviyaan is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier constraints, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
