The Aviyaan Luxe Serenity is hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the brand presence of the property.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across corporate, leisure, wedding, and MICE segments. This role requires a dynamic hospitality professional with strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and market intelligence skills.

• Drive revenue growth across corporate, leisure, wedding, and MICE segments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead brand promotion activities to strengthen the market presence of The Aviyaan Luxe Serenity.
• Manage sales pipelines, revenue targets, client acquisition, and conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest and client experiences.
• Represent the property at business meetings, networking events, and industry platforms.
• Prior experience in hospitality sales and marketing is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of luxury hotels, resorts, wellness destinations, weddings, and MICE business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of revenue generation, market trends, and brand positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset.
